Shown here is the wax master copy of the proposed 'Sea Otter feeding' currently being worked on which will shortly be cast in bronze using the lost wax process. More detailed all round photographs of the completed sculpture cast in bronze, with the exact measurement and weight should be available to be placed on this website towards the end of November 2003.

The sculpture is made in three castings, firstly the body which is 12 inches long ( 30 cm ) the feet and tail section is 7 inches long ( 18 cm ) and the tip of the tail is 2 inches long ( 5cm ). The whole sculpture should weigh approximately 4 kilo when cast in bronze. Each edition will be signed by the Artist Ian G Brennan and will also have a signed certificate of authenticity.

 

The sculpture shown here is the wax master-copy, the first editions cast in bronze at the foundry should be available towards the middle of December 2003. The price for each sculpture will be priced at £ 295.00 ( pounds sterling ) or $ 472.00 US  Dollars. This price will include packing, delivery via air freight and insurance.
