Each sculpture, which is subject to availability, will be supplied in its original box with a signed certificate of authentication by the Artist Ian G Brennan along with its date and edition number. We will also confirm to you the full price including delivery of the sculpture you have ordered and the estimated time of delivery to you of the particular sculpture. You may cancel your order and receive a full refund for the purchase made from sculpture (uk) limited at anytime from the date you placed the order until seven working days after the goods were delivered, however if the sculpture has already been dispatched you will be expected to return the sculpture along with the contents of the package, in its original box and to then pay for all the carriage costs, etc involved with the return of the sculpture..

If your order has already been dispatched by the time you cancel the order you will be required to again return all the item (s) and to also pay the carriage costs of the return of  all these items the sculpture must be safely returned to us before a refund is made. If you choose to cancel your order  please notify us in writing , using your personal identification number, either by fax or email at suzanne@sculpture-uk-limited.com kindly stating the reason for wishing to return the sculpture, you can then be expect to receive from us notification confirming the cancellation of the order before you return the sculpture..

 On confirmation of your order we will send you an e-mail confirming the details of your order with your individual reference number which will be used for all future correspondence. Your order will represent to us an offer to proceed to have a bronze casting of the particular wildlife sculpture produced by the foundry. This will be deemed to have been accepted by us only when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have ordered from the foundry that particular bronze casting, or if that is the case made available to you the particular bronze casting as requested by you, but having been produced in advanced. That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the e-mail confirming this to you and will be deemed for all purposes to have been effectively communicated to you at the time that any representative of Sculpture ( UK ) Limited sends the e-mail to you (whether or not you receive that e-mail) and is barring any errors or omissions.

Although every effort will be made to insure wherever possible dispatch and delivery times will be met, however these estimated dispatch and delivery times are often beyond our control and therefore are to be just estimates. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. These delivery times and  shippers are subject to change without notice.  We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause whatsoever which is beyond our reasonable control. We reserve the right to change or discontinue the free packing, airfreight and insurance at any time.  Sculpture (UK) Limited reserves the right to refuse access to the website at any time, totally remove or edit its content in any way, or cancel any and all orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order there will be no charge to you and if a deposit were made by you this would be returned in full, however the only recompense whatsoever for this lost order to you will be limited to your return of this deposit.
